RCC&S, Inc. (Respiratory Care Consulting and Staffing) is a major provider of supplemental Respiratory Care staffing in the state of Maryland. We can provide qualified, dependable Respiratory Care Practitioners to fit your facility’s staffing needs.

We currently employ nearly 200 experienced Maryland-licensed Respiratory Care Practitioners and provide staffing services to many area health care facilities in Maryland. Our diverse staff includes adult, pediatric and neonatal experienced Respiratory Care Practitioners located throughout the state.

RCC&S will not take an disciplinary action because an employee reports safety or quality concerns to the Joint Commission.

Therefore, our 24-hour staffing coordinator can provide around-the-clock service to assist you in staffing--even at the last minute. No matter what time of day or night your need for staffing arises, we are able to assist you.
