Joint Commission:

Please be notified that if any employee or individual has any concerns about patient safety or quality of care provided in a health care setting may report the concern directly to the Joint Commission.  RCC&S, Inc. will not take any disciplinary or retaliatory action because an employee reports safety or quality concerns to the Joint Commission.

We also encourage the healthcare facilities we serve to report any safety or quality of care concerns with an RCC&S, Inc. employee to the Joint Commission as well.  The Joint Commission can be contacted at 1-800-994-6610 or via email at complaint@jointcommission.org.
